Getting Started

Q: How do I get started with my project?

A: Yes! We visit every client’s location. This allows us to see your space, understand your vision, and take accurate measurements for your project.

A: We provide signage and printing services throughout Costa del Sol, including Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Málaga, and Marbella. Installation services are available from Málaga City to Marbella, with product delivery across Spain.

A: No, the initial consultation and site visit are completely free. We’ll spend time discussing your design ideas, requirements, and what you want to achieve.

The Design Process

Q: What happens during the site visit?
A: During our visit, we’ll:
  • Discuss your design ideas and preferences
  • Take all necessary measurements
  • Advise on the best materials and options for your project
  • Answer any questions you have
  • Provide guidance on what will work best for your space

A: Once we’ve visited your location and gathered all the information we need, we typically have initial designs ready within one week.

A: Absolutely! We’ll send you the design concepts for your approval. We want to make sure you’re completely happy before we move forward.

A: Yes, of course! We’ll work with you to refine the design until it’s exactly what you want. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Production & Delivery

Q: How long will my project take?
A: Most products take between 5 and 15 working days from design approval to completion, depending on the specific product and complexity of your project. We’ll give you a more accurate timeframe when we discuss your specific requirements.
A: Production time depends on:
  • The type of product (signage, menus, business cards, etc.)
  • The size and complexity of the design
  • Current supplier lead times
  • Whether installation is required

A: Yes! We provide delivery throughout Spain and installation services locally along the Costa del Sol (from Malaga City to Marbella).

A: For bars and restaurants, we typically install during daytime hours when you’re closed, so there’s no disruption to your business.

A: While our standard turnaround is 1 week for design approval and 2 weeks for production and installation, we may be able to accommodate urgent projects where possible. Contact Joe to discuss your timeline.

Payment

Q: When do I need to pay?
A: We have a simple two-stage payment process:
  • 50% deposit – Due when you approve the final design
  • 50% balance – Due on delivery or installation

A: We accept cash, PayPal, and credit cards.

A: If you cancel after approving the design and paying the deposit, the 50% deposit is non-refundable as we will have already begun work on your project.

After Your Order

Q: What if I need support after installation?
A: We’re here to help! Simply contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email if you have any questions or concerns. We respond quickly, even outside regular business hours for urgent matters.

A: Yes, all our work comes with a 12-month warranty. If there are any issues with materials or workmanship, we’ll analyze the situation and address it accordingly.

A: Absolutely! Many of our clients return for menu updates, seasonal changes, or additional signage. We’re always happy to help you keep your branding fresh and up-to-date.
