Terms & Conditions

Deposit

The Client agrees upon placing the order and agreeing to these Terms and conditions to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50%. At this point we will endeavor to advise of an approximate delivery / installation date.

Initial Proofing

It is the Clients responsibility to ensure all information provided to ourselves prior to commencement of any works is accurate and it is also understood that although we appreciate some changes may be requested to the initial proof these must be kept to a minimum or further charges may be incurred. 

If applicable, we will always communicate these charges to the Client before proceeding. In terms of colour matching it is understood within the printing industry that the exact colour cannot always be guaranteed due to the fact that all printers print slightly different plus the materials printed on can adjust the colour and if proofs are viewed on a Computer Monitor or Mobile Phone these can all give a different image. Although on most occasions we can get very close to the requested tones.

Proofing the Final Design

Upon receiving the final design proof, the Client agrees to review and approve the design for accuracy, completeness, and conformity to the project requirements. Once the proof is approved, it becomes the Client’s responsibility that all details are correct. At this point we will provide the client with a delivery / installation schedule.

Textile Branding

If the Client provides their own merchandise for branding, then although the highest care is taken, we cannot be held responsible for any damage done through the heat process that it used although with today’s technology this is very rare.

Deliveries & Installations

The final materials will be delivered to the clients designated location at an agreed Date and Time. If installation services are included, we will always try to install on the same date however weather, logistics and some other factors beyond our control may extend this date.

At this time the remaining balance becomes payable.

Ownership and Usage

Upon payment in full, you the client, own all materials provided. We however, unless agreed previously retain ownership of the intellectual properties of all designs and working files created. There is an additional fee should you require the print ready file to use for your own printing, or to pass on to third parties.

Cancellation

In the event of project cancellation by the Client at any point for any reason and of no fault of ourselves then any deposit paid will serve as liquidated damages. The Client agrees to indemnify the Designer against any claims, demands, suits, or liabilities arising out of the content or design of the materials.
